INTERNSHIP DETAILS

Duration: June 2026 – August 2026 Time Commitment: 40 hours per week Pay: $16 per hour Location : Boston Heights, OH (required on‑site)

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

During our Summer 2026 Web Sales internship, you'll support online sales operations and gain hands‑on experience in managing and processing orders within the retail field here at Arhaus! As an intern, you will work behind the scenes, assisting with open orders and learning about the crucial processes that drive the online arm of a large-scale business. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, detail-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply! Assist with managing and processing open orders Gain exposure to the day‑to‑day operations of a large online retail business Organize and analyze data within spreadsheets Support systems management and cash handling tasks as needed Communicate professionally via email and other written formats Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking or order adjustments Help implement process improvements to enhance online sales efficiency Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with accounting, finance, or retail operations is a plus Proficiency in spreadsheet organization and analysis Professional written communication abilities Basic knowledge of systems and cash handling Available to work 40 hours per week Currently pursuing a college degree or possessing relevant experience in a related field Intermediate level of computer literacy Arhaus is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
