This is a revenue‑generating role ideal for an experienced legal recruiter who can manage client relationships, deliver on mandates, and grow a high‑value desk.

You’ll step into a well‑established market with access to existing clients, a deep candidate database, and a collaborative team that consistently exceeds annual billing targets.

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, client management, and placement
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development
• Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals
• Collaborate with senior team members to support overall team performance

• Proven experience in legal recruitment , ideally within the US market
• Strong understanding of US private practice law firms
• Track record of placing associates or partners
• Ability to manage full recruitment processes and client relationships
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Motivated, driven, and committed to long‑term career growth
• Ability to work on‑site in New York

• Base salary up to $90,000 (DOE)
