Adecco is hiring immediately for an Electronics Technician with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $45.00/hr to $60.00/hr. Responsibilities Highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Test Technician supporting engineering design, manufacturing test, and product diagnostics teams. Hands‑on experience in electrical validation and troubleshooting, with a passion for precision and quality. Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in electrical test and validation, in MFG test, RMA product diagnostics/repair, or engineering design support. Operate oscilloscopes, DMMs, and other test equipment independently. Solder, desolder, and rework SMT PCBs of current technology sizes. General low‑voltage electrical knowledge (0‑24 V). General electromechanical assembly/disassembly understanding with ESD mitigation. Ability to construct electrical cables from sketches. Highly detail‑focused with disciplined execution of multi‑step tasks. Bonus: knowledge of board‑level communication standards such as SPI and I2C. Bonus: ability to find alternate OEM components. Bonus: semiconductor equipment manufacturing background.
