YOUR DAY
As an Orthodontics Billing Coordinator at Nord Orthodontics, you'll enjoy a full-time schedule , working Monday to Thursday from 7:50 am to 5:20 pm, with occasional Fridays. Here's a glimpse into your typical day in this role:
You start the day by diligently collecting payments and managing patient billing. Your attention to detail shines as you assist patients in understanding treatment costs, available payment options, and insurance coverage. Collaborating closely with the treatment coordinator and insurance coordinator, you provide patients with precise financial information. Throughout the day, you proactively monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. Your organized approach allows you to maintain accurate financial records and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
