Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in the cable and fiber cable work field. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cable and fiber optic systems. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of cable and fiber optic systems.
• Dig trenches and prepare sites for cable installation.
• Handle and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Operate hand tools and machinery as required.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing cable and fiber optic issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction or manual labor preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic understanding of cable and fiber optic systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CDL Preferred.
