Hello! We are seeking a Bilingual Dental Billing and Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30am - 5:30pm

We are a beautiful, clean, and state-of-the-art dental office located on the waterfront at Biscayne Bay on the Mercy Hospital campus. PLEASE NOTE: This role requires professional-level fluency in spoken and written English due to daily communication with patients, insurance companies, and providers. Applicants who do not meet this requirement may not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle dental insurance billing, claims submission, and follow-up
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, insurance, and billing
• Work closely with providers and team members to support smooth daily operations
• Maintain accurate patient, billing, and insurance records

Qualifications (Please Read Carefully)

• Prior experience in a dental office performing insurance claims submission and appeals, payment processing and appointment scheduling (Medical offices, retail, or non-dental experience do not meet this requirement)
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — REQUIRED
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but English fluency is mandatory
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a passion for excellent patient care
