✈️ What you will do Serve as PIC of assigned aircraft to safely transport company passengers to scheduled destinations. Lead all phases of flight operations: preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel planning, weather and NOTAM review, risk assessment, and postflight duties. Apply Safety Management principles, standardized CRM, and company SOPs in domestic and potential international operations. Deliver professional, customer-focused service, assisting passengers with boarding, ground coordination, and inflight needs. Maintain accurate records, logs, and regulatory documentation in accordance with FAA requirements and company policy. Coordinate with maintenance and dispatch to ensure aircraft readiness, cleanliness, and mission reliability. Support collateral duties, training, and special aviation projects as assigned. Minimum qualifications License: ATP (FAA) Medical: First Class Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 5+ years of professional flying; military flight time considered commensurate with experience Travel documents: Valid passport; able to travel as scheduled Work location: On-site; not eligible for remote work Preferred experience 3,000+ hours total time 1,500+ hours fixed-wing, multi-engine turbine Jet type rating; candidates typed in DA-2EASy or EMB-550 strongly encouraged to apply No accidents, incidents, or FAA violations within the last five years, highly desired Proven leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and adaptability in corporate or military flight departments What you will bring Uncompromising commitment to safety and sound decision-making in dynamic, on-demand environments. Excellent CRM, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in IFR operations and modern jet avionics. Initiative and attention to detail to manage collateral duties and special projects.
