Web Designer We are a small creative company focused on quality and customer service. Our services include graphic design, web development, and web marketing. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude who can bring fresh talent to a growing company. This candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of professional work experience, preferably with a design firm. This is a full-time position with a great opportunity for the right candidate. Primary duties include being a point person for a corporate client. The candidate will design all types of web development material. The right candidate must possess strong design skills and the ability to work well with clients, vendors, and co-workers. The candidate should be comfortable working with clients who operate under corporate bureaucracy and must be willing to adapt their original design concepts when needed. Candidate must have a creative portfolio that encompasses both web and print work. The right candidate will know how to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage clients in a friendly and professional manner. We are looking for a bright, experienced, multi-talented and ambitious person who meets the following qualifications. Service clients in regards to design projects Design print pieces: business cards, newsletters, brochures, postcards ads, etc. Design, develop and maintain web sites Day to day web maintenance and development /production, design for various kinds of websites and print projects Optimize web graphics for optimal file size, web-safe colors and cross platform compatibility Work with a cross functional team to do whatever it takes to support a growing business Scanning (optimizing images for web use). Sales Position We are looking for self-motivated go-getters to fill several part-time Sales Rep positions. If you are interested in a position that pays commissions based on effort, you would benefit from this position. There is no base salary or expense reimbursement for these positions. As a sales rep you will perform outside sales and make initial contacts. For most part, contacts are not provided by NJ Access. You will meet with clients, explain our products and direct clients to a project manager. Compensation is high commissions and bonuses. We will show you how with a little effort, this could be an extremely lucrative position. Possible promotion to Sales Manager will be available in the future.
