RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our team in Pasadena, TX with $19/hr pay for a 1 year contract (temp to perm opportunity). In this role, you’ll help prepare and pack customer orders to make sure they arrive safely and on time.  Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pack and prepare customer orders according to company standards
• Inspect items for accuracy, quality, and any damage before shipping
• Use proper packing materials to protect products during transit
• Label packages correctly and complete required documentation
• Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, scanners, and carts
• Use a forklift when needed (experience required)
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
