We are looking for an office assistant who lives in the Denver or Fort Collins area for a hybrid, mostly virtual, and on site position

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Xcel, Word, Power Point and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal command of English language and strong editing skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Part-Time 20-28 hours/week
Pay Range: $17-$19
Work Location: Mostly Remote with some on site hours possible (between 1-2 days each week to monthly). Reliable transportation required.
