NOW HIRING ENTRY LEVEL OPERATORS FOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY!

Location -  Kearny Mesa, CA

Shift -1st Shift (7AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday, OT on Saturdays)

Pay Rate -$17.75/HR

Job Description -

Perform visual inspections, sometimes using a microscope, to ensure dimensional accuracy. Record data, rack items, and utilize various measuring and small hand tools. Operate equipment to cure parts, with microscope use required for 8 hours a day. Reliability is essential in this role.

• Inspect parts under a microscope in a clean room for 6-7 hours.
• Assemble parts without a microscope as needed.
• Operate clean room equipment.

Essential Skills/Qualifications -

• Experience with microscopes and dimensional measurements.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, micro-electronic, and semiconductor processes.
• Ability to work reliably and accurately in a clean room environment.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous microscope experience highly preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.50/hr.
