Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Training Coordinator (Training Specialist Sr.) to join a collaborative training team supporting critical Learning Management System (LMS) operations during a major system upgrade initiative. Responsibilities Process daily LMS transactions, including training assignments, certifications, rosters, external training requests, and training plan updates. Monitor and respond to training-related inquiries through the help desk. Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and leadership. Collaborate with training teams, document control teams, and internal stakeholders. Support LMS enhancements, testing activities, and process improvements as needed. Maintain training documentation and assist with training material updates. What You'll Bring Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), document management, or change management systems. Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage high-volume transactional work with accuracy and attention to detail. Proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with SmartSolve LMS (preferred but not required). Background in training, instruction, education, or team leadership. Experience creating or updating training materials and documentation. Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate. Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Learning & Development, or a related field. Medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience is a plus.
