Schedule : 1st and 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Location : Florence, KY
Warehouse Trainer Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual
  
• Must take a test in the office
  
• Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, and put away required
  
• Prior training, coaching, or team lead experience preferred
  
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Good communication and leadership skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products as required
  

About the Warehouse Trainer Role
As a Warehouse Trainer, your responsibilities will include:

• Train new and existing employees on picking, packing, and putaway procedures
  
• Demonstrate proper use of warehouse equipment, including RF scanners and pallet jacks
  
• Teach inventory accuracy, order verification, and quality control standards
  
• Monitor employee performance and provide hands-on coaching and feedback
  
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies
  
• Assist with onboarding and cross-training of warehouse staff
  
• Maintain training documentation and track employee progress
  
• Identify skill gaps and recommend additional training
  
• Support daily warehouse operations as needed
  
• Promote a safe and organized work environment
