arking Area Maintenance is a veteran-owned commercial asphalt and concrete contractor with over 40 years of experience serving the Omaha metro and surrounding areas. We are expanding our pavement marking division and are looking for a dependable Striping Laborer to join our team for the upcoming season.
Position Overview
The Striping Laborer supports pavement marking operations on commercial and municipal job sites. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in outdoor environments.
Responsibilities
Assist with layout and striping of parking stalls, fire lanes, ADA markings, and roadway markings
Load, unload, and maintain striping equipment and materials
Prepare surfaces for striping (cleaning, measuring, layout)
Follow safety procedures and traffic control requirements
Work closely with foremen and crew members to complete jobs efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Schedule & Hours
Seasonal position with 45–55 hours per week during peak season
Early mornings and long days required during active projects
Qualifications
Construction or pavement maintenance experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Willingness to follow safety rules and company procedures
Must pass weekly drug testing
