Assist clients with travel reservations, itinerary planning, booking coordination, customer support, and travel-related administrative tasks.
No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and certification opportunities are provided.Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements
- Coordinate reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, flights, car rentals, tours, and excursions
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and online communication platforms
- Provide accurate travel information, pricing details, and destination recommendations
- Maintain client records and booking information using online reservation systems
- Communicate with travel suppliers and vendor partners to confirm reservations and travel details
- Support clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a positive customer experience
- Stay current on supplier promotions, travel policies, and destination updates
- Complete required training programs and industry certifications
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service
Relationship Building - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Communicate professionally with travel suppliers and vendor partners
- Develop long-term client relationships through outstanding service
