LaSalle Network has partnered with a temporary housing company that helps displaced renters and homeowners find shelter after natural disasters hit. They are seeking a Relocation Search Specialist to join their team.


This role is located in St Charles, IL.



Relocation Search Specialist Responsibilities:

• Search for rental properties that match the criteria of policy holders for temporary housing using search tools
• Follow up with the landlords to negotiate leases and get additional details on the property and lease
• Maintain monthly tracking spreadsheets
• Update shared database to track progress daily
• Communicate detailed and accurate property information to teammates
• Facilitate communication between parties involved in the property sourcing process

Relocation Search Specialist Requirements:

• 2+ years of job-related experience preferred
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Database experience a plus
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position

Benefits & Pay:

• $17/hr
