Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively pursue and follow up on new and existing leads—both company‐provided and self‐generated—to increase sales and closing ratios.
  • Conduct in‐home estimates and deliver accurate pricing for relocation and storage services.
  • Uphold company standards of professionalism, service, and customer satisfaction to maintain our outstanding reputation.
  • Attend meetings, trade shows, networking events, and community activities to build relationships and generate new business.
  • Maintain accurate, up‐to‐date records of sales activity, bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of B2B and/or B2C sales experience required. Household Goods Industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and stay self‐motivated.
  • Professional appearance, strong presence, and the tact needed to represent the company in diverse environments.
  • Outgoing personality with exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and follow‐through skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including prior CRM experience.
  • Comfortable being accountable for performance and results.
  • Valid driver’s license.
