As a Behavior Technician , you will work one-on-one with clients implementing treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Our team focuses on assent-based, compassionate ABA therapy that helps children build communication, social, and daily living skills. Services are provided in homes, schools, community settings, and our ABA center in Rockville, MD. This role is ideal for individuals interested in careers in: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Psychology Education Social Work Behavioral Health Special Education Qualifications Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BehaviorAnalyst CertificationBoard. Experiencewithonlinedatacollectionprogramspreferred. Efficientwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills. Strongattentionto detail,problemsolving,andcriticalthinkingskills. Familiaritywithrelevantlaws, regulations,andethicalguidelines inthefieldofABA. Mustsubmittoafederalandstatebackgroundcheck.
