Position: Quality Assurance Supervisor / QA Lead
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Employment Type: Full-time/Seasonal
Schedule: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay rate;$25.00
Our client the food distribution industry in the Fort Myers area is seeking a passionate bilingual leader English/ Spanish   in quality and continuous improvement to join our team. i

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the QA technician team.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, food regulations, and legal requirements.
• Perform product testing and water sampling.
• Manage quality documentation, CCP records, and nonconforming product reports.
• Coordinate samples for customers and sales teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support and serve as backup for the QA Supervisor as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food quality assurance or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and staff training skills.
• Knowledge of process control, documentation, and food safety regulations.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
