Quality Control Supervisor

Manufacturing | Full-Time | On-Site | Texas, United States

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead and strengthen our quality systems, ensuring all products meet customer specifications and internal standards. This role plays a critical part in driving quality performance across production, suppliers, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality control systems across products and processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Inspection teams
  • Review design, manufacturing, and testing documentation to ensure quality compliance
  • Coordinate and perform inspections of raw materials and finished goods
  • Identify root causes of quality issues and drive corrective actions
  • Provide technical guidance related to quality testing and analysis
  • Ensure supplier and contract compliance with quality standards
  • Mentor and support junior quality engineers, contributing to team development
  • Support hiring and performance evaluations as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience working within quality control systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, reporting, documentation)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, or
  • Associate’s degree with related coursework + Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Additional Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to commute to the job location
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance
