Job Title:
Recruiter I

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter I to attract, source, screen, hire, and onboard top talent across our organization. This role supports the hiring of professional, technical, and administrative positions and works closely with Managers and Human Resources to ensure we build strong, diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source active and passive candidates via job postings, online channels, social media, and local marketing efforts
• Collaborate with Managers and HR to understand and support overall hiring strategies
• Create compelling, inclusive job postings to attract qualified talent
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including outreach to target schools and participation in career fairs and events
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and relationships in target communities
• Oversee end-to-end candidate recruitment processes to ensure a positive experience and identify areas for improvement
• Accurately maintain data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); generate metrics and reports as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, or a similar role
• Proficiency with standard job boards, ATS, and social media recruitment tools
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
• Relevant recruiting or talent acquisition experience (required)

Working Conditions:

• Office environment
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
