Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Author user stories and manage backlog prioritization to align with business goals.
Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify business needs and translate them into product requirements.
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups).
Evaluate marketplace trends to guide build vs. buy decisions within the product domain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product vision supports the organization's strategic direction.
Document, educate, and promote Agile methodologies to drive adoption across teams and departments.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Agile Practitioner .
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) .
Ability to create clear, concise user stories and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).
Background in digital transformation or data governance (DG) initiatives.
Product Management certification ( CSPO, SAFe POPM ) preferred.
