Key Requirements At least 2-5 years of experience in post-construction cleaning, including debris removal, dusting, polishing, window cleaning, and handling construction materials and residue. Must have own PPE: hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety goggles, high-visibility vest. Reliable transportation required to commute to job sites in and around LA County. Schedule flexibility: open Monday through Saturday with ability to control hours. Independent contractor status only (W-9). Responsibilities Perform detailed post-construction cleaning tasks, including removal of construction dust, debris, and any leftover materials. Clean and sanitize various surfaces, windows, floors, and fixtures. Ensure safety standards and cleanliness are maintained throughout the job site.
