As a personal training manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of personal trainers, creating personalized training programs for clients, and overseeing the training program budget. Responsibilities: • Track client development and make appropriate modifications to training plans • Ensure the training program stays within budget by supervising and managing all associated financial aspects • Verify that everyone is being safe and complying with all safety guidelines and established rules • Work together with all departments to ensure that every client has a positive and memorable experience • Select, train, evaluate, and lead a team of personal trainers Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers • A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in the fitness industry, is preferred • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the client first and providing exceptional customer service Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
