Join our team at B & V Thera-Pro Associates, Corp. in Miami, Florida! We are a leading provider of occupational, physical, and speech therapy services primarily for children. Our personalized therapy programs are delivered by licensed professionals. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Daily Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients Conduct assessments and develop a plan of care Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure carryover of therapy goals Document client progress and maintain daily records Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals Provide education and support to families Required Skills: Master or Doctorate degree in Occupational Physical Therapy Experience in pediatrics and special education settings Knowledge of Pediatric developmental sequencing (infants through adolescents) Manual therapy techniques adapted for children Sensory-motor integration strategies Adaptive equipment training BLS certification Nice to Have Skills: Experience in working with Autism Spectrum Disorders Knowledge of Medicaid billing and documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual Medicaid Provider # Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
