Your Impact

Packagers are responsible for the packaging of company products and ensuring that all products are accounted for and properly handled. Packaging, weighing, and labeling manufactured products and maintaining and recording data on products for tracking purposes.

What You'll Do (Personnel Duties, Authority, and Responsibilities)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other responsibilities and projects may be assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

  • Prepare products for packaging.
  • Maintaining and recording data on products for tracking purposes Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for manufacturing and packaging.
  • Perform the different tasks associated with packaging, including running equipment, weighing, and sealing finished products to be ready for sale.
  • Ensure the Safety and Quality standards are being met.
  • Properly collect and record data.
  • Take part in overall facility cleanliness.
  • Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with hands at high/fact-pace volume.
  • Ability to acquire a Facility Agent Card through the State.
  • Flexible scheduling with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
