We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about mentoring student-athletes, fostering teamwork, and promoting personal growth through sports. Qualifications Solid understanding of sport-specific rules and gameplay (Football) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships within a team environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare student-athletes both physically and mentally for practices and competitions, with a focus on skill development and understanding of the game. Support the growth and organization of the athletic program. Lead and attend practices and games on weekday evenings and Saturdays. Communicate effectively with players, parents, fellow coaches, faculty, and school administration. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment during practices, games, locker room activities, and transportation. Complete and submit all necessary documentation by deadlines set by the Athletic Department.
