Job Description

Model: Hybrid Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support domestic and international transportation of equipment and materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective logistics operations across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience in global shipping coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and delivery to vendors and job sites Evaluate logistics requirements and perform site logistics assessments to ensure transport feasibility Manage freight procurement processes, including competitive bidding for high‑value shipments Prepare and maintain all shipping and customs documentation, ensuring full compliance with trade regulations Create and manage export documentation, including ITN filings and HTS code classification Develop and maintain logistics plans for ongoing projects Issue logistics service orders (LSOs) for transportation services Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Maintain centralized shipment logs and reporting tools to improve visibility and data accuracy Support forecasting and budgeting through historical freight cost analysis Handle transport insurance claims and resolve shipping issues as needed Ensure adherence to trade compliance policies and company standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred) 3–5 years of experience coordinating domestic and international shipments Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar) Strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs processes, and trade compliance Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics‑related systems Experience using AI or advanced tools for logistics optimization is a plus Additional Information Minimal travel required (~10%) Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
