This is a 10-month position that includes eligibility for benefits. Essential Functions Provides grade-appropriate instructional programs for students that adhere to the school\'s philosophy, goals, and objectives. Develops lesson plans with clear objectives in line with the Archdiocesan curriculum. Maintains an updated and accurate gradebook at all times. Observe and assess student progress, keep detailed records observing student behaviors and academics, and share with parents. Communicate in a clear, professional, and timely manner with parents and colleagues (including grade-level partner collaboration) Support the mission of the school and the Catholic church within instructional practices. Position Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree required (preferably in Elementary education, or related field) Current MSDE certification or ability to achieve required certification within two years of start date. Experience in student teaching or classroom teaching at the elementary, middle, or high school level. Familiarity with a variety of technology tools to enrich and differentiate instruction.
