Job Description: We seek a motivated and self-starting Independent Operator to join our team. This position requires owning and operating a cargo truck or trailer to haul products to local grocery retailers. As an Independent Operator, you will manage your own business with the potential to earn between $42,000 and $124,000 annually before expenses based on your drive and commitment to order, deliver, and merchandise products on shelves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order, deliver, and merchandise products to local grocery retailers using your box truck or trailer.
• Ensure timely delivery and replenishment of products on shelves.
• Manage established routes and accounts without the need to build new ones.
• Maintain high customer service and build strong relationships with retailers.
• Exhibit a self-starting, independent mentality with a strong desire to succeed.
• Manage all paperwork needed to ensure the account is accurate

Requirements:

• Own and operate a box truck or trailer.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills, especially for early morning deliveries.
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and strong customer service skills.
• Show a winning attitude and a hunger to make money and manage your own business.

Compensation:

• Commission-based earnings with potential annual income ranging from $42,000 to $124,000, depending on performance and dedication.
• Weekly pay

Hours:

• 40+ hours a week
