YOU'LL TACKLE:

As an HVAC Helper, you'll show up at the job site ready to help and learn. You'll work with skilled leaders and team members, helping with things like putting in ductwork, equipment, and vents. You'll use different tools, follow instructions, and help keep the work area safe and tidy. You'll learn how jobs are planned, how to keep track of materials, and how everyone works together to get the job done.

HVAC HELPER QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ year(s) of HVAC experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, climbing, working in various conditions)
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Process-oriented mindset for accurate material handling and job site documentation
• Team player who shows up on time and contributes to a positive work environment
• Proactive communication skills and willingness to ask questions and seek feedback
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (preferred)

HVAC HELPER COMPENSATION & PERKS:

Pay: You'll earn $20 – $28 per hour .

Schedule: This is a full-time job in St. George, UT. Most days you'll work from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday . Sometimes there may be extra hours or weekend work if a project needs it.
