HVAC Helper

Location: Brookville, OH

Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time | Monday through Friday | Occasional overtime as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• HVAC trade school training preferred
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work is a plus
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds and perform physical work in varying conditions

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installations, service, and maintenance
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for each job
• Learn diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques
• Work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders
• Provide professional service to customers

Candidates will have to pass drug screening and background check after obtaining a contingent job offer.
