Technical Staffing Resources has a contract assignment for a HVAC Engineer to work with one of the largest EPC firms in the country. This long-term contract position located in Newark, DE.
Job Description The preferred candidate will be a licensed professional engineer with proven track record of managing multiple mechanical, HVAC and plumbing design efforts from conceptual design through construction support for Chemical, Biofuel and manufacturing clients. Experience must include both industrial building HVAC and Plumbing systems, laboratory areas as well as process applications such as dust collection systems and vapor management systems. In-depth knowledge of industry codes is mandatory. The selected candidate must be a team player and function as a Work Group Lead developing scope of services, work hour estimates and schedules that role up into the overall Mechanical discipline. Ability to manage a project portfolio between five to ten small to medium size projects is anticipated. Responsibilities• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with supervisory experience
