HVAC Apprentice Technician

As part of the Haven Services, Ohio's largest integrated provider of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical solutions, we are expanding and looking for motivated HVAC Apprentices to join our growing Brunswick team.

Position Overview

As an HVAC Apprentice Technician, you will work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to learn and perform residential and commercial HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, eager to grow, and passionate about mastering the HVAC trade.

Requirements

• Assist licensed HVAC technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Learn to troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and related components
• Support technicians with installing ductwork, running refrigerant lines, and setting HVAC equipment
• Assist with system start-ups, testing, and basic maintenance procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow all OSHA, safety, and company guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers when needed
• Participate in ongoing technical training and skill development
• Represent Heart of Ohio with professionalism, quality workmanship, and excellent service

Qualifications

• Strong interest in the HVAC trade
• No prior experience required we provide full training
• Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and ladders
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
