About the Role
Are you someone who finds peace in a perfectly made bed? Do you take pride in creating a clean, welcoming space for others? We are looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeper / Laundry Attendant to help us deliver the "Simple, Smart Travel" experience our guests love.
In this role, you’ll be the heart of our hotel operations—ensuring guest rooms are spotless and/or our linens are crisp, fresh, and ready for a great night's sleep.
What You Could Be Doing
Room Transformation: Cleaning guest rooms to brand standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting bathrooms.
The Perfect Bed: Stripping used linens and remaking beds with precision.
Laundry Operations: Sorting, washing, drying, and folding towels and sheets using industrial machines.
Stocking Up: Replenishing guest amenities (coffee, toiletries, towels) and keeping your cart organized.
Guest Interaction: Offering a friendly "hello" and assisting guests with requests like extra pillows or towels.

Reliability: You show up ready to go. Our guests count on us!
Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable being on your feet, lifting up to 25–30 lbs, and moving at a steady pace.
Eye for Detail: You notice the little things, like a stray hair or a crooked picture frame.
Team Spirit: You’re happy to jump in and help a coworker when things get busy.
