Freedom Behavioral Lake Charles is a rapidly growing psychiatric hospital committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to both adult and geriatric patients. Since opening our first facility in Magnolia, Mississippi in 2015, we have expanded to 12 locations across Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi.

As we continue on this exciting path of growth, we are expanding our Lake Charles team in preparation for increasing our capacity to 42 bedsgiving us the opportunity to serve even more individuals in our community who need specialized behavioral health care.

POSITION SUMMARY:

A Hospital Administrator at Freedom Behavioral Lake Charles serves as a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and strategic direction of the facility. This role ensures the hospital runs smoothly and efficiently while upholding the highest standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

In this position, the Administrator leads daily operations by managing staff, overseeing budgets, and guiding operational processes. They play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. Working closely with clinical leadership, the Administrator supports quality patient care, drives improved outcomes, and helps implement programs tailored to the needs of the population served.

The Hospital Administrator also focuses heavily on strategic growth, employee engagement, and community relationshipshelping to strengthen the facilitys presence while maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

This role requires a strong, confident leader with excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational skillssomeone who is passionate about making an impact and driving continued success within the organization.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably administration/business related

License: None Required

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a Leadership Position in a Hospital/Nursing Facility serving Senior Adults with Psychiatric Issues
