Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Type: Full Time

Pay: $42,000 to $50,000 Base + Commission + Bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Recruiter to join a well-established staffing organization in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing healthcare professionals while building lasting relationships with candidates and collaborating with internal teams to meet ongoing client needs.

This is a full-time, onsite position with a competitive base salary, an uncapped commission structure, and performance bonuses designed to reward results.

What You Will Do

• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through outbound calls, email, text, and additional outreach channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates from first contact through placement.
• Convert prospective candidates into active field staff and support ongoing assignment extensions.
• Serve as a point of contact for current field staff, handling questions and providing support.
• Manage administrative responsibilities including timesheet processing and candidate record maintenance.
• Partner with internal teams to identify staffing needs and deliver timely placements.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior experience in travel nurse recruiting is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working onsite in the Cincinnati area Monday through Friday.

Compensation

• Base salary of $42,000 to $50,000 depending on experience.
• Commission ranging from 5% to 12% of gross profit.
• Additional bonuses tied to individual and team performance milestones.
