Job Summary

As a Licensed Esthetician at our spa,  you will be responsible for delivering results-driven skincare services, recommending retail products, and providing an exceptional client experience. You are an expert in skin health, passionate about continued education, and thrive in a team-based, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with providers, front desk, and management to ensure seamless care and consistent outcomes for our clients. 

Responsibilities 

• Perform professional, customized skincare services including but not limited to facials, peels, dermaplaning, and advanced skin treatments per company protocols. 
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans for new and returning clients. 
• Maintain detailed client notes and treatment records using EMR system. 
• Recommend home care products aligned with treatment plans and educate clients on skincare routines. 
• Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business through education, trust, and follow-up. 
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience from check-in to check-out. 
• Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with state board standards. 
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, treatment advancements, and industry trends. 
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, promotional events, and marketing initiatives. 
• Assist with retail merchandising and maintaining an organized esthetics area. 

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician’s license in the state of Florida
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on esthetics experience preferred, though new grads with strong foundational skills will be considered.
• Experience in the use of skin care equipment such as Face Reality, Peels, Facial Massage Sculpting and/or Hydrafacial is preferred 
• Proficient in performing corrective skincare treatments. 
• Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and contraindications. 
• Excellent communication and client education skills. 
• Comfortable with retail product sales and achieving performance goals. 
• High attention to detail and strong time management. 
• Team player with a positive, client-first attitude. 
• Tech-savvy and confident using digital systems
• High level of ethics
• Spanish and English speaker preferred
• Follow, implement, and maintain policies and abide by all Florida Laws/Regulations
