Employment Consultant – ADEC Join ADEC as an Employment Consultant and help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) find meaningful employment in Elkhart and St. Joseph County. Position Overview ADEC’s mission is to help people with IDD by connecting them with opportunities that match their goals and abilities. The Employment Consultant role focuses on advocacy, job search support, and employer partnership.
