The company has successfully raised three investment funds—two in oil and gas and one in real estate—and operates across multiple industries. Role Description This is a full-time (30+ hours per week) or part-time (15–30 hours per week) on-site role for a Division Order Analyst/Land Tech located in Midland. Process division orders. Verify interests and other land‑related items. Communicate with operators. Address discrepancies. Verify and submit AFEs. Qualifications 1+ years in a Division Order Analyst or Land Tech role, or similar. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Detail‑oriented with a self‑starter/self‑motivated attitude and the ability to work independently. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism and accuracy. Bonus Qualifications & Benefits Experience handling multiple entities and owners.
