Dispatcher Position

LaSalle Network is hiring a Dispatcher! Join a high-energy team based on-site in Salisbury, NC, where no two days look the same. If you're quick-thinking, resourceful, and love problem-solving, this could be your next big move. With a starting pay of $18/hour, you'll play a critical role in keeping operations safe, secure, and running smoothly. Schedule: Overnight shift

Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Monitor alarm systems and respond swiftly to fire or intrusion signals
• Coordinate emergency responses with law enforcement and first responders
• Be the go-to communicator for after-hours calls and crises
• Maintain strict confidentiality in sensitive situations
• Support store teams with remote training and alarm troubleshooting
• Manage key requests and PIN code updates for all facilities
• Handle dispatching of service calls for retail Loss Prevention systems

Dispatcher Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (dispatch or call center preferred)
• High school diploma required
• Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work fully on-site in Salisbury, NC
