About the Role

This is a dispatch-first role with added responsibility. The primary focus is coordinating technicians, managing schedules, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. In addition to dispatch, this role supports inspections and special projects , making it a great fit for someone who likes staying close to the action and contributing beyond the basics.

Our Ideal Candidate

• ServiceTitan experience is required
• Home services industry experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume dispatch environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask and shift priorities quickly
• Delivers a consistent 5-star customer experience
• Empathetic, upbeat, and professional with customers and technicians
• Confident under pressure and able to hold firm when needed
• Driven, dependable, and takes ownership of outcomes
• Able to work 11:00 am-8:00 pm shift.

Job Duties

• Dispatch and coordinate technicians based on call priority and skill level
• Build, manage, and adjust daily schedules in real time
• Debrief technicians and monitor workflow throughout the day
• Communicate clearly and proactively with customers
• Track technician performance and support operational goals
• Assist with inspections, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up
• Support special projects related to operations, scheduling improvements, and workflow efficiency
• Partner with leadership to keep the dispatch function operating at a high level

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of dispatch experience, preferably in a technician-based environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• ServiceTitan experience required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
