Customer Service Representative

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our customer service team. Our representatives play an important role in delivering excellent support to customers while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chats from customers. You'll assist with questions, resolve issues, and provide product or service information in a professional and friendly manner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answer and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
• Assist with troubleshooting, billing, or account-related questions.
• Record and update customer interactions in the system.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every customer.
• Meet performance expectations, including quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to type and navigate computer systems efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• High-speed internet connection and reliable computer/headset required.

Schedule & pay:

• Flexible scheduling options are available.
• Pay is biweekly on the 1st and 15th of each month.
• Compensation is discussed during the interview process and varies by client program.
