Corporate Finance Attorney - Senior Associate/Partner
Established (45+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Corporate Finance Attorney for Corporate Finance in Philadelphia, PA
An established firm based in Philadelphia, PA with over 45 years in practice is seeking a Corporate Finance Attorney with senior associate or partner-level experience to join their team onsite . This Attorney will have experience with corporate finance, acquisition finance, and supporting a growing M&A practice , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while advising clients on complex financing matters.
Offer:
Salary range: $250,000-$300,000+ , contingent on experience (Total comp $450k - $550k/yr)

Qualifications:
Possesses extensive experience in corporate finance, including acquisition finance and related transactional work
Holds strong familiarity with financing structures, credit facilities, and acquisition-related lending
Has the ability to serve as a developing face of the acquisition finance practice while collaborating with the broader corporate group
Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission
Brings strong communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with partners, clients, and internal teams
Demonstrates interest in contributing to the growth of the firm's M&A practice and building their own client relationships over time
Shows the capability to mentor and collaborate with associates supporting the finance practice
Brings a strong work ethic and ability to manage matters without the expectation of heavy annual billable requirements
Responsibilities:
Provide counsel on acquisition finance transactions and general corporate finance matters
Work closely with the corporate group and support the expansion of the firm's M&A practice
Develop and serve as a visible attorney within the acquisition finance practice as it continues to grow
Collaborate with partners in corporate and real estate groups on cross-disciplinary financing matters
Oversee and mentor associates who support acquisition finance work
Manage client communications and relationships and deliver high-quality work product
Advise on loan agreements, credit facilities, financing structures, and related documentation
Ensure all financing activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal risk standards
