Candidate requirements - Master's degree in nursing with specialization as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).
- Current RN license in Washington.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Acute Care.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care settings.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams.
