R & J Trucking is hiring CDL A Regional Dump Truck Drivers in Western NY & PA. These are great opportunities that will have you home to your family every day or most weekends!

R & J Trucking, Inc. is one of the largest Bulk Commodities haulers east of the Mississippi and has been serving the transportation industry for over 60 years.

Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,000 (drivers who run consistently and manage their time well often exceed that)
  • Pay based on an industry leading percentage (%) of linehaul structure
  • Additional % for seniority and meeting individual weekly performance goals
• Referral bonuses up to $900 per referral
  • Detention time and holiday pay
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Qualifications

• 23 years of age
• 1 year of recent, safe, verifiable commercial tractor-trailer or straight truck experience
• Good MVR and CSA scores
• Must be able to pass a DOT pre-employment physical and drug test
• Must be able to pass a road test and essential job functions test
• Must live within Western NY or PA
