Lead Carpenter | Custom Home Building & Remodeling Location: Marion, IL (and surrounding 30-minute radius) Pay Range: $23.00 – $29.00 / hour (Based on experience) About the Role We are a growing residential construction team looking for a highly skilled Lead Carpenter with a deep background in high-quality home building and remodeling. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and have a decade of experience turning blueprints into beautiful living spaces, we want to talk to you. What You’ll Be Doing Executing complex framing, finish carpentry, and general remodeling tasks. Collaborating on site to ensure projects are completed to code and client standards. Utilizing your 10+ years of expertise to solve problems and mentor junior crew members when needed. Working primarily within a 30-minute radius of Marion, IL, ensuring less time on the road and more time on the tools. Requirements Experience: 10+ years in residential construction (New builds and remodeling). Skills: Proficiency in all phases of carpentry, from rough-in to fine finish work.
